电力系统安全韧性评价标准化研究

摘    要:通过分析电力系统安全韧性内涵和特征,针对电力系统安全管理中的风险点和防控技术,以公共安全三角形为基础,结合安全管理系统四要素,参考相关规范性文件内容,提出电力系统安全韧性的评价内容和评价指标,初步建立了电力系统安全韧性评价方法,为电力系统安全韧性评价标准的研制奠定了前期基础。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of power system safety resilience.Aiming at risk prevention and control technologies,the assessment content and index of safety resilience for power system is initially established based on the public safety triangle,which is combined with the four elements of the security management system,and refers to the content of relevant normative documents,The assessment guide method of power system safety resilience is proposed,which lays the preliminary foundation for the development of the power system safety resilience assessment standard.
