转炉渣中f-CaO的消解研究

摘    要:转炉渣中的f-CaO(游离氧化钙)含量高会严重影响转炉渣的稳定性,从而影响其在建筑行业中的应用。攀钢基于碳热还原法开发了重熔还原技术,还采用了热闷技术以消解f-CaO,这两项技术均可使转炉渣中的f-CaO含量降低到3%以下,达到了建筑行业的标准要求。
