新生儿黄疸蓝光照射治疗中护理方式探究

目的探讨护理干预在新生儿黄疸蓝光照射治疗中的应用效果。方法选定在医院接受蓝光照射治疗的新生儿黄疸患儿280例,研究时间为2018年1月-2018年6月,按照护理干预方式进行分组,分对照组(140例,常规护理)、试验组(140例,综合性护理干预),回顾分析临床资料,比较护理效果和满意度。结果试验组护理总有效率(95.00%)显著较对照组(86.43%)高,试验组满意度(97.86%)显著较对照组(92.14%)高,P<0.05。结论在新生儿黄疸蓝光照射治疗中,考虑到患儿年龄较小,配合度较低,配合科学护理干预利于患儿病情恢复,其中综合性护理应用价值较高,家属满意度较高。

Study on Nursing Methods in Neonatal Jaundice Blue Light Irradiation

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of neonatal jaundice blue light irradiation. Methods A total of 280 neonates with jaundice were enrolled in this hospital. The study period was from January 2018 to June 2018. Grouped according to the nursing intervention method, divided into the control group(140 cases, routine nursing) The experimental group(140 cases, comprehensive nursing intervention), retrospective analysis of clinical data, comparison of nursing effect and satisfaction. Results The total effective rate of the test group(95.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.43%), and the satisfaction of the test group(97.86%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(92.14%), P<0.05. Conclusion In the treatment of neonatal jaundice blue light, taking into account the younger age of the child, the degree of cooperation is lower, combined with comprehensive scientific nursing intervention is conducive to the recovery of the child’s condition, in which the comprehensive nursing application value is higher, the family satisfaction is higher.
