盐酸氨溴索注射液对急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果

目的 探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液联合雾化吸入治疗急性加重期慢阻肺临床效果.方法 选定医院2017年9月4日—2018年11月20日接诊的132例急性加重期慢阻肺患者,采用分层随机法将其分为观察组66例(盐酸氨溴索注射液联合雾化吸入治疗)与对照组66例(盐酸氨溴索注射液),比较两组总有效率、症状改善时长及肺部啰音消失时长指标数据.结果 观察组疗效总有效率、症状改善时长、肺部啰音消失时长均优于对照组且差别有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 盐酸氨溴索注射液联合雾化吸入治疗方法 可有效改善急性加重期慢阻肺患者预后,效果显著.

Effect of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with nebulization in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 132 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were admitted to our hospital from September 42017 to November 202018 were enrolled in the observation group.66 patients were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride injection.Inhalation therapy(inhalation therapy)compared with 66 patients in the control group(ambroxol hydrochloride injection),the total effective rate,duration of symptom improvement and duration of disappearance of lung arpeggios were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate,duration of symptom improvement,and disappearance of lung arpeggios in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride injection combined with nebulized inhalation therapy can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
