负荷量泵注与持续泵注右美托咪定在全麻甲状腺手术中的麻醉效果比较

目的比较负荷量泵注与持续泵注右美托咪定在全麻甲状腺手术中的麻醉效果。方法选取我院2019年1月至2019年12月期间行全麻甲状腺手术治疗的60例患者,随机将其分为两组各30例。A组采用负荷量泵注右美托咪定麻醉,B组采用持续泵注右美托咪定麻醉,比较两组的疼痛程度、镇静效果及并发症情况结果B组术后4 h、12 h、24 h的VAS评分、Ramsay评分均低于A组(P<0.05)。两组的躁动、恶心呕吐、低血压发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组的心动过缓发生率低于A组(P<0.05),结论全麻甲状腺手术患者术中持续泵注右美托咪定的效果优于负荷量泵注,可有效降低患者术后疼痛程度及并发症的发生风险,且镇静效果较好。

Comparison on Anesthesia Effects of Dexmedetomidine of Load Pumping and Continuous Pumping in General Anesthesia Thyroid Surgery

Objective To compare the anesthesia effects of load pumping and continuous pumping of dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia thyroid surgery.Methods 60 patients undergoing general anesthesia thyroid surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.Group A used load pumping of dexmedetomidine for anesthesia,and group B used continuous pump of dexmedetomidine for anesthesia.The pain degree,sedation effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores and Ramsay scores at at 4 hours,12 hours and 24 hours after surgery of group B were lower than those of group A(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidences of restlessness,nausea and vomiting,and hypotension between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of bradycardia in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous pumping of dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia thyroid surgery has better effect than that of load pumping,which can effectively reduce the postoperative pain degree and the risk of complications,with better sedation effect.
