以黔南民族医专护理专业为例构建育人模式

摘    要:近年来医专护理专业教学受到了广泛的重视,已经形成了良好的教育机制,在育人模式方面,也已经呈现出高标准、严要求的观念意识,有助于全面提升整体教育工作效果与水平。而"一个核心,两个对接,三个一体化"育人模式主要就是将学生的职业能力作为核心,实现教学标准与职业标准之间、学历证书与职业资格证书之间的对接,创建教学与工作内容、学习与工作流程、教学做一体化的教育形式,在一定程度上有助于形成良好的育人模式,针对于此,下文分析黔南民族医专护理专业的相关育人模式应用,提出几点针对性的建议,以此促使医专护理专业教学工作的良好发展与进步。

Abstract:In recent years,the teaching of nursing specialty in medical colleges has received extensive attention,and a good educational mechanism has been formed.In the aspect of educating people,it has also presented a high standard and strict sense of concept,which will help to improve the overall education work.Effect and level.The"one core,two construction,three integration"education mode is mainly to take the students’leaf and leaf ability as the core,realize the connection between the teaching standards and professional standards,the academic certificate and the professional qualification certificate,create teaching and The educational content of work content,learning and work flow,and teaching integration will help to form a good education model to a certain extent.In response to this,the following is an analysis of the application of the relevant education mode of nursing major in Minnan National Medical College.Put forward a few targeted suggestions to promote the good development and progress of the teaching of medical professional nursing.
