护理专案改善在减少住院患者跌倒中的应用

目的了解护理专案改善在降低住院患者跌倒发生率中的应用效果。方法将医院2016年1月—2018年12月的80例住院患者随机分组,传统护理组对于住院患者给予传统护理,护理专案模式组对于住院患者采取护理专案模式。比较两组满意评分;护理人员工作积极性评分;护理前后住院患者对跌倒危险因素的掌握水平、住院患者遵医行为;跌倒的发生率。结果护理专案模式组满意评分、住院患者对跌倒危险因素的掌握水平、住院患者遵医行为、护理人员工作积极性评分、跌倒的发生率对比传统护理组有优势,P<0.05。结论住院患者实施护理专案模式效果确切,可提高护理服务质量和住院患者自我防护能力,降低跌倒的发生率。

Application of Nursing Project Improvement in Reducing the Fall of Hospitalized Patients

Objective To understand the effect of nursing project improvement in reducing the incidence of falls in hospitalized patients.Methods 80 inpatients in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into traditional nursing group and special nursing group.The two groups were compared in terms of satisfaction score,nurses'work enthusiasm score,inpatients'mastery of the risk factors of falls,inpatients'compliance behavior before and after nursing,and the incidence of falls.Results Compared with the traditional nursing group,the satisfaction score,the mastery level of risk factors of falls,the compliance behavior of inpatients,the working enthusiasm score of nurses and the incidence of falls in the nursing project model group had advantages,P<0.05.Conclution The effect of implementing nursing project model for inpatients is exact.It can improve the quality of nursing service and selfprotection ability of inpatients,and reduce the incidence of falls.
