临床医学专业学位研究生培养模式的探索

摘    要:硕士研究生综合素质与实践创新能力的培养对个人、医院和社会都具有重要的现实意义。但近年来,我国临床医学专业学位硕士研究生的具体培养办法和质量检验尚未形成综合性评价标准,硕士研究生综合素质存在诸多不足,主要原因是:(1)学生自身动力不足;(2)导师培养制度的不完善;(3)研究生培养模式老化,制度不健全。因此,应采取与社会接轨,帮助学生做切合实际的规划,多开展创新实践比赛,合理安排个性化学习课程,组建“多导师模式”下的导师团队并设立监督职位,重视人文素质教育,引导学生正确认识医患矛盾等措施以加强硕士研究生综合素质与实践创新能力。

Abstract:The cultivation of master’s comprehensive quality and practical innovation ability is of great practical significance to individuals,hospitals and society.However,in recent years,the specific training methods and quality inspection of master's degree in clinical medicine in China have not yet formed a comprehensive evaluation standard,and there are many deficiencies in the comprehensive quality of master’s degree,mainly reasons are follows:(1)Students lack motivation;(2)Imperfect tutor training system;(3)The postgraduate training mode is old and the system is not sound.With social practice and,therefore,should be taken to help the students to do practical planning,carry out more innovative practice competitions,to arrange personalized courses reasonably,to form a“more tutor mode”of the tutor team and establish supervisory positions,attaches great importance to the humanity quality education,guide students to correctly understand the doctor-patient contradiction and other measures to strengthen the graduate student comprehensive quality and practice ability to innovate.
