摘    要:以转抗旱相关TaEBP基因新春9号的T4代5个株系为供体材料,黄淮冬麦区金禾9123等10个主栽(推)小麦品种为受体材料进行杂交,结合小麦幼胚培养直接成苗、绿体快速春化、温室快速发育及分子跟踪检测技术建立快速定向育种体系;利用这一体系将抗旱相关TaEBP基因通过回交转育方法导入黄淮冬麦区小麦品种中,获得一批回交3代的转基因小麦新种质,使小麦的生育期缩短至90 d左右,可提高小麦育种速度和效率,实现1年4代快速繁育。
