细菌SL43降解硝基酚的研究

摘    要:从盐池泥中筛选出一株中度耐盐菌SL43。16S rDNA鉴定结果表明,菌株SL43与Brevi-bacterium aureum的核苷酸的同源性高达100%。SL43对邻硝基酚的降解作用实验证明,菌株SL43在以邻硝基酚为唯一氮源且浓度为0.06 g/L时,对邻硝基酚的降解率为88.2%,在邻硝基酚浓度高达0.12 g/L时降解率为28.7%。

Abstract:The isolated halotolerant strain SL43 is capable of degrading 2-nitrophenol stoichiometric and releasing nitrite.Experiment result of 16S rDNA indicates that the nucleotide acids homologous between stain SL43 and Brevibacterium aureum is up to 100%.Experirment of the 2-nitrophenol degradation by SL43,demonstrates that the degrade rate of 2-nitrophenol is 88.2% at 0.06 g/L of 2-nitrophenol condense and 28.7% at 0.12 g/L of condense.
