中药苦参提取方法的比较和工艺条件优化

摘    要:目的优选苦参中氧化苦参碱的提取工艺。方法比较多种提取工艺。如水煎法、渗滤法、乙醇回流法,应用正交设计筛选苦参碱的提取工艺,采用高效液相色谱法测定该成分含量,作为评价指标。结果最佳工艺为渗滤法。最佳条件是:加10倍量65%乙醇浸泡24 h后渗滤,流速为5 m l/m in,氧化苦参碱含量与提取率均较高。结论优选得到的工艺简便易行,稳定性好。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo optimize the extraction process of oxymatrine in Radix Sophorae Flavescentis.MethodsSeveral extraction processes were used,such as decocting method,the refluxing method,leakaging method.The optimum extraction was investigated by the orthogonal design,oxymatrine was determined by HPLC.ResultsThe optimum extraction conditions were 10 fold of 65% ethanol,marinating 24 hours and the velocity of flow was 5ml/min.The content of oxymatrine and extraction and extraction rate were fairly high.ConclusionThis optimized method is simple,stable and efficient.
