民国时期的农业问题及其启示

民国时期存在着严重的农业问题。由于近代资本主义因素没能对传统农业实现有效渗透,农业发展受到落后的生产方式、碎片化的经营模式、扩大的自然经济的限制,无法完成向现代农业的转变。这又进一步制约了资本主义工业化的推进,使工业资本积累困难,工业市场狭隘,甚至使工业利润向传统农业领域复归。面对严重的农业问题,民国政府没能采取合适的农业政策,导致农业问题日趋严重。回顾和分析这段历史对于解决当代农业问题仍然具有重大的意义。

On Agricultural Problems in Republican Economy and Implications

Serious agricultural problems existed in Republican economy.Without effective penetration by capitalism,the development of traditional agriculture was limited by such factors as underdeveloped production way,fragmented management and enlarged natural economy.Such a state restricted the development of capitalist industrialization,made the industrial capital accumulation difficult,the market single-track,even made the profit regressed to traditional agriculture.Facing those problems,the Republican government didn't adopt proper agriculture policy.The analysis of the history is significant for modern agricultural problems.
