Statistics Analysis on Development of China＇s Construction Industry in 2013

Based on the statistics data, a general situation of China＇s construction industry in 2013 is analyzed including industrialscale and benefit, numbers of enterprises and employees, completed acreage, amount of new contracts, completed projects＇ valuesof housing and civilian service, and overseas projects contracted. The characteristics of China＇s construction industry development in2013 are summarized in five aspects including the increase of regional development gap and relative concentration of constructionmarket distribution. The completion of main indicators of China＇s extra and the first grade enterprises in 2013 are analyzed, includingtotal output value, total revenue, benefit and value of the new contracts. The situations are detailed in four aspects of specialtycategory, qualification ranking, registration region and registration type.
