| Abstract: | The structure of bicycle botton bracket D-axle is very complcx,and a high precision for manufacture is needed. In this paper, the cold extrusion technology for D-axle is expounded on the selection of materials, the manufacture of blanks, devices selected and other sides. Then the structure and machining for die centre in-layed piece are illustrated in detail. |
