基于电脉冲放电烧结工艺的金属橡胶材料电阻特性试验研究

摘    要:电阻特性是金属橡胶材料电脉冲放电烧结强化工艺中需要考虑的一个很重要的因素。本文从内部组织结构形态阐述了金属橡胶非连续体材料电阻的产生机理和影响因素,分析了金属橡胶材料电阻与压力的非线性特征以及与静态刚度之间的联系。对正交试验数据进行极差分析,得出了孔隙度、金属丝直径、螺旋卷内径和毛坯铺设方式4个因子对金属橡胶材料电阻的影响程度大小以及电阻的变化规律。

Abstract:Electric resistance is a very important factor to be considered when metal rubber(MR) is sintered by electric impulse discharge.This paper discussed the resistance production mechanism and influence factors of non-continuum material such as MR from its internal structural form and analyzed the nonlinear characteristics of its resistance and pressure and the relationship between the resistance and its static rigidity.The range analysis of experimental data shows the degree of influence of the four factors including porosity,diameter of wire,inner diameter of spiral coil and blank-laying methods on the resistance of MR and its law of change.
