氯氮平治疗后血清免疫指标动态观察

目的：探讨女性精神分裂症患者氯氮平治疗前后免疫球蛋白及补体水平变化。方法：对55例女性精神分裂症患者和52例女性健康者血清IgG、IgA、IgM及C3、C4水平进行检测。结果：女性精神分裂症患者治疗前IgG、IgM、C3水平显著高于对照组，经氯氮平治疗3、7、15、30天后血清IgG、IgM、C3均有不同程度下降，15天时IgG已恢复到正常水平，1个月后C3也恢复到正常水平；与治疗前比较，IgG、c3水平显著降低。IgM虽有下降趋势，但仍高于正常对照，且治疗前后差异无显著性。IgA、C4治疗前后比较及与对照组比较差异均无显著性。结论：氯氮平在改善患者精神症状的同时，也使其免疫功能得到改善。

A dynamic investigation of immune indices in schizophrenic patients before and after clozapine treatment

Objective:To investigate the dynamic changes of some immune indices in female schizophrenic patients before and after clozapine treatment. Method: The serum IgG,IgM,IgA,C 3 and C 4 were measured with immunoturbidimetry in 55 female schizophrenic patients before and after the treatment of clozapine,and compared with 52 female controls. Results:Before the treatment,compared with the controls,the levels of IgG,IgM,C 3 were significantly higher in schizophrenic patients,while there was no significant difference in C 4,IgA between the controls and the patients before and after the treatment.After 3 days of clozapine treatment,IgG,IgM,and C 3 began to descent.Compared with the controls,there was no significant difference in IgG after 15 days of clozapine treatment,and after one month,there was no significant difference in C 3 between the patients and the controls.IgG and C 3 showed significant differences,while IgM showed no significant difference between the two groups before and after the treatment. Conclusion:Our results suggest that the remission of immune dysfunctions is concomitant with the improvements of psychopathological symptoms in schizophrenic patients treated with clozapine.
