| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一种保留子宫、治疗产后出血的方法,降低子宫切除率,保留生育功能.方法对6例剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性产后出血在B-Lynch缝合基础上采用子宫压缩缝合技术.结果6例患者出血量700～2100mL均得到控制,成功保留了子宫,术后无任何副作用.结论在B-Lynch缝合基础上的子宫压缩缝合技术具有简单、迅速、有效、损伤小、无副作用,且能保留子宫的特点,值得推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To find a surgical procedure that can control postpartum haemorrhage caused by uterine atony and remain the integrity of the uterus avoiding hysterectomy during cesarean section.Methods We performed an uterine compression suture technique as alternative to hysterectomy on six parturients with severe postpartum haemorrhage caused by uterine atony on the basis of B-Lynch Suture.Results Postpartum hemorrhages of six parturients were effectively controlled and their uteruses were remained.There were no any postoperative complications.Conclusion This surgical procedure is very simple,safe,rapid,effective and less invasive without any adverse effect and the parturient's uterus is remained.So it is worthy to be popularized. |
