摘    要:利用盆栽试验研究不同钾素施用水平对油菜薹期酶活性的影响。结果表明 ,钾素缺乏和过量均可导致油菜叶片POD含量上升 ,CAT和SOD含量下降。不同施钾水平条件下 ,油菜下部叶的酶活性差异比上部叶更明显

Abstract:POD, CAT and SOD in rapeseed ( Brassica napus L.) plant leaf with different potassium (K) application levels were studied by pot experiment. It was showed that K application levels significantly affected POD, CAT and SOD content. The change in lower leaf (old leaf) was bigger than that in upper one (young leaf). The result indicated that POD content rose with both K deficiency and over applied, while CAT and SOD content decreased.
