示波器带宽对方波信号测试影响的研究

摘    要:带宽是示波器一个重要指标,它的选择对周期信号的测试有着显著的影响。本文介绍了示波器带宽的基本概念、方波信号的组成、仿真及主要参数。通过实际测试,给出了不同带宽选择下的测试参数数据,并分析了对测试结果的影响。

Abstract:Bandwith is a key feature of oscilloscope, Its choice has the remarkable influence to periodic signal s test. This paper introduce the basic concept of oscilloscope bandwith, the square-wave signal composition.the simulation and the main parameter. According to actual test, given the parameter data under the different bandwidth and analyzed test result,which affected by different bandwith.
