老城区交通系统与空间环境优化策略——以历史文化名城浙江省绍兴市为例

作为历史文化名城的浙江省绍兴市老城区，其交通现状和发展特征具有一定代表意义，日益增长的交通需求与传统格局之间的矛盾亟待解决。提出从交通、空间两方面统筹安排、合理组织以解决老城区的交通问题。提出4点交通优化策略：净化老城区过境交通；分流居民日常生活交通与旅游交通、机动交通与非机动交通；强化城市主要功能中心的联络线；加密次干路、支路路网。同时，在充分尊重城市历史特征的基础上，针对交通性道路和特色道路分别进行景观控制和交通管制，进一步优化其空间环境，强化并突出其特色，使其成为塑造城市整体景观风貌的重要组成部分。
