| 摘 要： | 目的:观察褪黑激素受体1(melatonin receptor1,MT1-R)免疫反应在无蹼壁虎全脑分布。方法:我们采用苏木素染色和免疫组化的方法。结果:发现无蹼壁虎全脑的MT1-R免疫阳性细胞主要定位于下丘脑室旁核(paraventric-ular nuclei,PVN);在下丘脑外侧区(lateral hypothalamic area,LHA)、大脑皮层后连合核(nucleus of the posterior pallialcommissure,NPPC)也有少数分布,且MT1-R免疫阳性反应只存在于细胞膜。另外,在中脑观察到视网膜-下丘脑纤维束的MT1-R免疫阳性反应,并呈两侧不对称分布。结论:提示无蹼壁虎的PVN可能是褪黑激素经MT1-R介导调节生物节律的主要部位。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the distribution of melatonin receptor1（MT1-R）immunoreaction in the brain of gekko swinhonis.Methods：The haematoxylin stain and immunohistochemisty were used for the experiment.Results：MT1-R immunoreaction in the brain of the gekko swinhonis was prominent in paraventricular nuclei（PVN）other than scattered location of MT1-R in the lateral hypothalamic area（LHA）and nucleus of the posterior pallial commissure（NPPC）,but immune response of the MT1-R was merely seen in the membrane.Furthermore,MT1-R immunoreaction was found asymmetrically in the retina-hypothalamus fasciculi by examining the diencephalons.Conclusion：PVN may be the location in regulating the biological rhythm via MT1-R in the brain of gekko swinhonis. |
