| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心灵关怀对老年癌症患者住院期间焦虑状态的影响。方法:选择老年癌症患者60例,随机分为对照组和实验组,两组患者均采用常规的药物治疗和护理,实验组另外采取综合性的心灵关怀措施,帮助患者度过住院期间的焦虑状态,并采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)对两组患者进行效果评定。结果:实验组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组治疗和护理后SAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:心灵关怀对老年癌症患者住院期间焦虑状态的康复有积极地促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the influence of psychological care on the elder cancer inpatients with anxiety state.Methods：60 elder cancer in patients with anxiety were randomly divided into experiment group and contrast group（30 cases for each group）.Conventional cure and nursing care are given to the two groups,and the experiment group are given psychological care in addition.Anxiety Scale（SAS）was used to mark scores and compare the results before intervention and after intervention for 3 weeks.Results：The difference of the scores of SAS were significantly lower than those in the experiment group after intervention for 3 weeks（P0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological care can effectively ease the elder inpatients＇anxiety. |
