摘    要:针对高速电弧放电加工方法对机床加工设备的需求,基于PMAC运动控制器,开发一套高速电弧放电加工机床控制系统。该控制系统以工控机作为控制中心,采用满足高速电弧放电加工需求的功能控制软件;伺服控制平台采用PMAC运动控制器,以达到精确控制运动目的;以QT系统进行人机交互,并控制伺服运动系统、冲液系统和电源系统等完成其控制功能。通过制作系统控制柜与调试,得出设计的系统满足高速电弧放电加工需求。这为高速电弧放电加工方法的研究提供了参考。

Abstract:A machine tool control system based on PMAC (Programmable Multi-Axis Controller) was designed to cater to the needs of high speed arc discharge machining.In the control system,the industrial personal computer was taken as the control center and the functional control software which met the requirement of high speed arc discharge machining was loaded.PMAC motion controller was used as servo motion control platform to realize precise motion control.QT system was adopted for man machine interaction,and servo motion system,flushing system and power supply system were controlled to complete their control functions.By making control cabinet and debugging,the designed system meets the requirement of high speed arc discharge machining.It provides reference for research on high speed arc discharge machining.
