| 摘 要： | 绢云母和滑石粉均为层状硅酸盐,对疏水有机物具有很强的吸附性.本研究用苯丙胶乳、石蜡对其进行疏水改性后用于纸张施胶.研究结果显示,在常规加填量下,石蜡改性的滑石粉、绢云母能满足纸张的抗水要求,而苯丙胶乳改性的滑石粉、绢云母加填后纸张施胶度很低.滑石粉比绢云母能够吸附更多的石蜡,相应的纸张施胶度更高.绢云母,滑石粉对石蜡的吸附能力随着改性温度、搅拌时间和速度的增加而增加.在不降低纸张施胶度的前提下,石蜡改性滑石粉施胶与分别利用石蜡乳液施胶和滑石粉加填相比,纸张抗张强度明显提高.

| Abstract: | Sericite and talc are both layer silicates with strong ad- sorptive capacity for hydrophobic organic substences. In this study, they were used in paper sizing after hydrophobic modif ication with styrene-acrylic emulsion and paraffin wax. The results indicate that with normal filling, paraffin wax modified talc and sericite can meet the water-resistant requirement of paper, whereas the sizing degree of paper is very low after filling of styrene-acrylic emulsion modif ied talc and sericite.
