基于误差修正的混合无线移动定位算法

摘    要:为了提高无线移动定位精度,提出一种基于最小二乘支持向量机修改误差的TDOA-AOA定位算法。该方法首先通过非线性学习能力强的最小二乘支持向量机对测量误差和NLOS误差进行修正,然后利用TDOA-AOA算法对移动端点位置进行估计,最后通过仿真实验测试LSSVM-TDOA-AOA的定位性能。仿真结果表明,LSSVM-TDOA-AOA提高了移动端点位置估计精度,定位误差明显低于对比算法,可以较好地满足实际无线移动通信定位要求。

Abstract:In order to improve localization precision of the wireless mobile, a localization algorithm is proposed in this paper based on TDOA-AOA and least squares support vector machine which is used to correct the error. Firstly, least-squares support vector machine which has nonlinear learning ability is used to modify the measurement error and NLOS error, and then TDOA-AOA is used to estimate the moving endpoint position, finally, the performance of LSSVM-TDOA-AOA is tested by simulation experiment. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has improved the localization precision of the f the wireless mobile, and the localization error is obviously lower than the compared algorithm, it can meet the practical requirements of wireless mobile communication localization.
