| 摘 要： | 在总结漳泽水库实时调度风险分析内容的基础上,建立了主汛期多目标风险模型,研究了水库防洪调度安全对预报作业精度的要求,给出了在各起调水位下,预报误差和调度滞时共同作用下的设计允许极限误差和调度滞时关系线方程。

| Abstract: | Based on summarizing the contents of the risk analysis on real-time flood dispatching of Zhangze Reservoir,this paper sets up the main flood season's multi-objective risk model,researches the requirements of Reservoir's flood prevention dispatching safety for the accuracy of the forecasting work,and the connectional equations of the allowable design limiting errors and the dispatching delay under the combined action of the forecasting error and dispatching delay under all start-dispatching levels. |
