摘    要:目的 研究市售不同来源和不同浓度的福林试剂对固态速溶茶中茶多酚含量测定结果的影响。方法 以4种速溶茶样品为检测对象, 使用市售3种不同来源的福林试剂进行测定, 并应用统计学方法分析不同来源的福林酚试剂对速溶茶中茶多酚检测结果的影响。结果 4种福林酚试剂检测茶多酚的相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)在0.88%~1.60%之间, 具有较高的精密度; 不同浓度的福林酚, 对检测结果有显著性的差异(P<0.05), 不同厂家相同浓度的福林酚试剂, 对检测结果没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 不同浓度的福林酚, 对检测结果有显著性的差异, 为确保茶多酚检测结果的准确性和一致性, 使用前应对福林酚试剂的浓度进行确认。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of different sources and different equivalent concentrations of Folin reagent on the determination of tea polyphenols in solid instant tea. Methods Totally 4 kinds of instant tea samples were taken as the testing object, and 3 different sources of Folin reagents were used for the determination. The effects of the different sources of Folin reagents on the test results of tea polyphenols in the instant tea were analyzed by statistical method. Results The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 4 kinds of Folin reagents for the determination of tea polyphenols were 0.88% to 1.60%, showing high precision. There was significant difference in the detection results of with the different concentrations of Folin reagents (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the detection results of the Folin reagent with the same concentration in different manufacturers (P>0.05). Conclusion Different concentrations of Folin reagents show significant differences in the test results. In order to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the test results of tea polyphenols, the equivalent concentration of Folin reagents should be confirmed before using.
