| 摘 要： | 为降低飞机生产成本，提高中国民机的竞争能力，对库存控制进行研究。以降低整机成本，减少库存资金占用，优化库存结构为目的，分析了民机物料的特点，以经济性、影响度、不可获得性作为维度，以保质期和有效性作为约束条件对民机物料进行合理分类，建立全方面的评价指标体系，给出相应的库存控制策略。应用实例表明，该体系具有实际应用价值，可降低民机库存成本。
