| 摘 要： | 目的:总结儿童系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的临床及实验室检查特点.方法:对本院51例住院患儿SLE的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:临床表现以肾损害(84.3%)、发热(70.6%)、皮疹(68.8%)、淋巴结肿大(41.2%)较常见.实验室检查以ANA( )(92.0%)、补体降低(90.0%)、ESR升高(84.0%)、贫血(83.6%)较常见.病情活动性(SLEDAI积分)以轻至中度活动为主.结论:儿童SLE的临床表现多样化,应结合实验室检查进行分析,早期确诊,避免误诊,积极治疗.

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the clinical and laboratory features of systemic lupus erythematosus in 51 pediatric cases.Methods: The clinical data of 51 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus in children were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The common clinical manifestations were renal damage(84.3%),fever(70.6%),skin rash(68.8%),and enlarged lymph nodes(41.2%).The common laboratory findings included positive anti-ANA antibody(90.0%),depressed complement level(90.0%),quickened ESR(84.0%)andanaemia(83.6%).Activity in disease(SLEDAI score)in the most cases were at mild to moderate levels.Conclusion:The clinical manifestations of systemic lupus erythematosus in children are diverse.It is necessary to analyze in combination with laboratory findings,in order to get a sound diagnosis and active treatment. |
