牵引电机磁极一体化的材料研究

摘    要:针对传统的牵引电动机定子主极、换向极装配中的工艺材料缺陷,提出了采用环氧树脂和聚酰胺树脂添加H级填充泥这种新的磁极装配材料的方法,该磁极装配材料一体化程度高、密封性强,可以有效地防潮、防接地;并提出工艺实施过程浇注玻璃胶密封.这些改进已得到实施验证.

Abstract:To correct the defects in the traditional processing materials used in the main pole of the stator and in the commutaing assemblage of the traction motor , it is proposed to use a new pole assembly material of epoxy resin and polyamide resin with H class filling mud . The assembly material features high integrition , strong sealing , as well as humidity and grounding proof . It is further proposed to pour glass glue for the sealing during the process . The improvements have been verified and applied.
