水稻内生联合固氮细菌阴沟肠杆菌营养及其配方的研究

摘    要:阴沟肠杆菌(Enterobacter cloacae)J115和G161是2株具高固氮活性的水稻内生细菌.经研究发现,2株固氮细菌的营养要求基本相似,具体配方为:2%葡萄糖或蔗糖、1%蛋白胨或2%牛肉浸膏、0.02%K_2HPO_4、0.1%酵母膏.另外,添加硝态氮(KNO_3)对2株固氮细菌的生长有明显的抑制作用,但氨态氮(NH_4)_2SO_4]则对细菌生长无影响.

Abstract:Isolates-J115 and G161 of Enterobacter cloace(Jordan)Hormaeche and Edwards were two rice endophytic bacteria with associative nitrogen fixation.There was only little difference between the two isolates nutrient requirement.The best formulation of the media was studied and determined,which was composed of 2% glucose or sucrose,1% peptone or 2% beef extract,0.02% K_2HPO_4 and 0.1% yeast extract.Furthermore,KNO_3 had obvious inhibition to the bacterial growth,but(NH_4)_2SO_4 had no influence.
