摘    要:《高分子材料成型加工原理》是高分子材料与工程专业最重要的专业课程之一。但是仅凭课堂讲授很难让学生理解高分子材料加工工艺的过程及其原理,学生参与性差。针对学院的《高分子材料成型加工原理》课程特点,通过计算机在配方设计当中的应用、多媒体的应用、案例分析和学生互动交流相结合的教学方法加深学生对高分子材料加工过程及其原理等抽象概念的理解。授课方式既有理论讲解、又有实例演示,使课程教学更具实用性,激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,提高了高分子专业这门课程的教学效果。

Abstract:The reformation of polymer material processing is one of the most important professional courses of polymer materials and engineering.While,it is difficult for the students to understand the process and principles of polymer materials processing technology only by analyzing them in the class without students' initiative participation.According to the characteristics of polymer materials and processing in our college,the application of computers in formula design,multimedia applications,case study and students interaction teaching can help students better understand abstract conceptions,such as processing process and principles of polymer materials.The way of teaching is more practical and the students' interest is stimulated by the way of theoretical explanation and examples demonstration.In this way,the students' abilities and the teaching efficiency are improved.
