| 摘 要： | 从分析国内外铁路运输管理信息系统的建设简况入手,着重介绍中国铁路运输管理信息系统(TMIS)10年建设的过程和已经取得的成果.提出实施车站实时上报运输生产信息,建设完整的铁路贷车和货物动态追踪系统,构建铁路运输综合信息平台的论点以及将实现的目标.最后,对系统的应用前景进行展望.

| Abstract: | It was analysed the development of Transportation Management Information System of both developed country and Chinese Railways, focused on introducing the achievement of Chinese Railways TMIS in the past 10 years, presented the point that should be built an integrated Wagons and Cargoes Dynamic Tracing System which gathered and handled the real time transportation information from main yards and stations all over the railroad. In addition, it was described the goal and prospect of the System. |
