居住区公共建筑规划设计的规范评析

居住区公共建筑的规划设计是居住区（包括小区）规划设计的重要组成部分。本文以居住区公共服务建筑配套指标为对象,通过对规范标准设置的历史沿革和新旧版《城市居住区规划设计规范》的比较,结合现阶段居住区设计特点,提出了对商业服务类、教育配套类、管理及邻里交往类这3项公共服务建筑规划配套设计的理论依据。

Discussion on Planning & Design Code of Public Buildings in Residential Area

The planning and design of public buildings in residential area is an important part of residential district（including housing estate）planning and design.In this paper,the thesis targets at the supporting indicators of the residential public buildings used for public services.In comparing the differences between the history evolution in setting the normative standards and the Old and New ＂Urban Residential Area Planning and Design Standards＂,the thesis combines the residential design features in the present period,and comes up with the theory evidences for the planning and design of public supporting buildings for commercial services,education supporting,management and neighborhood communication.
