轴的跳动位移在线检测系统设计

摘    要:首先得出轴的跳动位移测量原理,然后设计了具有两通道轴的跳动位移信号测量系统。系统主要由光电转换模块、采样保持放大电路模块、模数转换模块、数据处理模块、数据显示模块组成,静态标定后得出了系统的线性范围,满足量程的需要,而且系统运行稳定。

Abstract:In order to judge if the running state of bearing runs is normal,it needs to measure the beat displacement of axle. Firstly the paper gets the inspection principle about beat displacement of axle,then it designs the two channel signal measurement system. This system includes the modules as follows: photoelectric conversion,sampling holding magnifying,A/D switching,data processing and the data displaying. After the static calibration,it shows that linear range of the system can meet the need of measuring range,and the system is stable.
