基于LabVIEW软件的手柄曲面压力分布测试系统

摘    要:提出了一个手柄表面压力分布测试系统,其原理是对多路压阻性传感器数据信号进行实时地采集。用数据采集卡采集这些压力传感器反馈的电压信号,并传输到PC机上,利用虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW实现信号处理、实时显示。生成测试报告.实现对工具手柄表面压力分布的实时检测。介绍了手柄的表面压力分布测试系统的一般结构,对其关键点——压电传感器(FlexiForce Sensor)的硬件电路和软件实现作了具体的叙述。

Abstract:This paper introduced a handle surface pressure distribution test system. The principle is that the data signal carries out real time acquisition on multi-path sensor. And then using data collect card to get the feed back voltage signal form these pressure sensors, transfer to PC with LabVIEW realizing the signal treatment, real time display test report. Realized the real time test of handle pressure surface pressure distribution. The paper gave the detail introduction about the general structure of that test system, the strategic point--piezoelectric sensor (FlexiForce sensor) hardware and software circuit.
