摘    要:论述了钢结构疲劳裂纹计算分析的基本理论,针对工业厂房的重级工作制钢吊车梁,建立了采用非等幅荷载谱对带裂纹钢吊车梁剩余寿命的分析评估方法,计算分析了不同应力幅值及初始裂纹尺寸条件下钢吊车梁剩余疲劳寿命。计算表明:钢吊车梁剩余疲劳寿命受应力幅值大小及裂纹长度影响较大,按照指数形式衰减,受裂纹深度的影响相对较小。采用NASGRO公式可对存在初始裂纹的钢吊车梁进行剩余疲劳寿命评估,效果良好,应用前景广阔。
