| 摘 要： | 为了研究多年野生牛蒡根中的活性成分,本实验选用新疆不同地区生长的多年野生牛蒡根为材料对其氨基酸、矿物元素、脂肪、黄酮及多糖进行了提取和含量测定,结果表明野生牛蒡根中氨基酸、矿物元素、黄酮和多糖的含量都较高,矿物元素含量两地区稍有不同。

| Abstract: | On the basis of perennial roots of Arctium lappa L. gathered from different regions in Xinjiang, their contents of amino acids, mineral elements, fat, flavonoids and polysaccharide were extracted and determined individually. The results showed that the contents of amino acids, mineral elements, fats, flavonoids and polysaccharides from the roots of Arctium lappa L. are all high except that there is only a little difference in the contents of mineral elements gathered from two different regions. |
