高集成阵列天线微通道散热设计方法研究

摘    要:高集成阵列天线以其高精度、大范围、多功能的特点成为当今雷达天线发展的主流。然而,电子元件的高度集成导致天线阵面高热功耗,进而恶化天线电性能,因此高效率的散热设计必不可少。微通道散热装置是一种基于流体热交换的换热器,良好的微通道布置结构对稳定天线工作温度和确保天线的控制精度有着重要作用。文中基于ANSYS软件设计了天线微通道有限元模型,根据传热效率对微通道结构参数进行了优化,设计了蛇型流道和U型回路流道2种微通道散热结构,并进一步从传热效率和工程实践出发,对结构进行优化,设计出更加合适的2种一体式散热结构。

Abstract:The highly integrated array antenna has become the mainstream of radar antenna development because of its high precision, large range and multi-function. However, the high integration of electronic components leads to high thermal power consumption of the antenna array and deterioration of the electrical performance of the antenna. Therefore, efficient heat dissipation design is essential. Microchannel heat dissipation device is a heat exchanger based on fluid heat exchange. A good microchannel layout structure plays an important role in stabilizing the work temperature of the antenna and ensuring the control accuracy of the antenna. The finite element model of microchannel of antenna is designed in this paper based on ANSYS software, the structure parameters of microchannel are optimized according to the heat transfer efficiency and two microchannel heat dissipation structures (serpentine channel and U-loop channel) are designed. Based on the heat transfer efficiency and engineering practice, the structure is further optimized and two more suitable integrated heat dissipation structures are designed.
