晶体粒度相关生长条件下等温混合悬浮排料结晶器稳定性分析

摘    要:应用Routh Hurwitz判据 ,研究了晶体粒度相关生长条件下等温混合悬浮混合排料 (MSMPR)结晶器的稳定性 ,并以结晶过程的物性参数、动力学参数以及操作参数为基础 ,确定了该过程的稳定性边界。通过四阶龙格 库塔法求解MSMPR结晶器的动态方程组 ,分析了结晶过程在稳定区域和持续振荡区域中的动态特性。

Abstract:The stability of isothermal mixed suspension mixed product removal (MSMPR) crystallizer with size dependent crystal growth rate was investigated by using the Routh Hurwitz criteria. The stability boundaries of the system were determined in terms of dimensionless parameters that only depended on physical properties and operational variables. Numerical solutions of the MSMPR crystallizer dynamic equations were carried out with a four order Runge Kutta technique to follow the dynamic characteristics of the crystallizer in both stable and sustained oscillatory regions.
