48例弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿合并胰岛素抵抗的临床分析

目的：探讨甲亢与胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法：检测48例初诊甲亢患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、胰岛素水平，了解甲亢患者胰胰岛素抵抗情况。结果：显示甲亢患者均有不同程度的糖代谢紊乱及高胰岛素血症，即胰岛素抵抗，与患者的病程、年龄、体质量指数呈正相关。结论：对甲亢患者应常规作糖代谢相关检查和及时治疗，以减轻胰岛素抵抗，防止高血糖及高甲状腺激素对心脑血管的损害。

Clinical Aanalysis of 48 Cases of Hyperthyroidism with Insulin Resistance

Objective： To investigate the relationship of hyperthyroidism and insulin resistance. Method： Detect 48 cases of the patients newly diagnosed hyperthyroidism with fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose, insulin levels, understanding of insulin resistance in the patients with hyperthyroidism. Result： Illustrate that the hyperthyroid patients have varying degrees of glucose metabolic disorders and hyperinsulinemia, that is insulin resistance, with positively correlation to the patients＇course of disease, age and body mass index. Conclusion： Show that the hyperthyroid patients should be routine for the relevant inspection related to glycometabolism and timely treatment, in order to reduce insulin resistance, to prevent the damage of high blood glucose and high thyroid hormone on the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular.
