| 摘 要： | 根据中国北方沙漠化土地形成发展的历史和现代过程、分布特点、发展趋势及其综合防治途径和利用开发方向等,以“保护优先,重点防治,合理利用,协调发展”作为沙漠化防治的指导方针,在考虑自然条件、沙漠化发展阶段与程度和自然条件、资源利用开发与区域可持续发展方向一致性等原则的基础上,将中国北方沙漠化土地划分为4大区22小区。为因地制宜地沙漠化土地防治提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | China is one of the countries seriously suffered from land desertification in the world.In order to adopt proper controlling measures suitable for local environmental conditions,this paper,emphatically considering the consistency of natural conditions,regionalized the deserts and desertification lands of our country according to desertification distributing characteristics,causes,developing processes and trend,compositively controlling approaches,as well as using and exploiting patterns,etc.In the carrying out of regionalization,the guideline for desertification control is \!firstly protect natural environment,emphatically control desertified land,rationally use land resources,keep harmonized development";the principles comprise of the natural zone principle,the desertification developmental phase and degree principle,the resources exploitation and regional sustainable development consistency principle,and so on.As result,the desertification lands in North of China have been classified into four areas which include 22 sub-areas. |
