高校图书馆中文电子书采购方案设计研究——以北京师范大学图书馆港台电子书采购为例

[目的/意义] 立足于国内馆配电子书市场发展的关键时机，以北京师范大学图书馆港台电子图书采购的实践为基础，提出基于单本购买的中文电子书采购方案，并对涉及到的读者需求驱动采购及纸电协调采购进行了研究。[方法/过程] 从电子书平台的资源分析、电子书的需求分析、电子书试用、采购模式及流程、合同签订和电子书的后续管理几个方面，进行电子书采购方案设计。[结果/结论] 单本电子书采购的实施需要图书馆在采购政策和采购模式上进行新的布局，高校图书馆应密切关注国内外电子书平台的发展，并尽早制定适合本馆的中文电子书采购方案，以便为开展单本电子书采购实践奠定基础。北京师范大学图书馆港台电子书采购的实践表明本文提出的单本电子书采购方案具备一定的可操作性。

Research on Chinese E-book Purchasing Program in Academic Libraries: Taking Beijing Normal University Library's Practice in Purchasing E-book Published in Hong Kong and Taiwan as an Example

[Purpose/significance] Nowadays, the development of domestic E-book market oriented to library is growing rapidly. According to the practice of Beijing Normal University Library in purchasing E-book published in Hong Kong and Taiwan, the paper designed the Chinese E-book purchasing program based on the single book purchase mode, and explored E-book purchase mode of purchasing on demand (PDA) and coordinated purchase mode of printed & E-books.[Method/process] This paper constructed the purchasing program from several aspects, which included resource analysis of E-book platform, trial opening and demand analysis of E-book purchasing, purchasing mode and procedure, contract signing and E-book management, so as to shed light on the practice of E-book purchasing in academic library when they decided to buy E-book on type.[Result/conclusion] The implementation of single E-book purchase requires library to make new arrangement on purchasing policy and mode. Academic libraries should pay close attention to the development of E-book platform both domestic and abroad, and launch Chinese E-book purchasing program and put it into practice as soon as possible. The mode of Chinese E-book purchasing has been turned out to be feasible.
