摘    要:为简化双闭环直流调速系统的结构与进一步提高抗干扰能力,该文提出一种基于转速观测器的无速度传感器的转速软闭环控制方案,基于电枢电压与电流信号获取转速观测值,并在电机轴上安装一只接近开关监测稳态转速,以对转速观测器进行校准;在电流闭环的基础上,转速环采用模糊-比例积分混合控制以优化动、静态性能,仿真验证了该方法的可行性.最后介绍了以高性能嵌入式微处理器为控制核心的系统技术实现方案.

Abstract:In order to simplify the structure of double-loop DC motor speed regulating system and improve its disturbance rejection performance,a sensorless method of soft closed-loop control via speed observer is proposed.The speed observation is acquired by the signal of armature voltage and current,and is calibrated by a proximity switch installed on the motor shaft.The fuzzy-PI control in speed loop is used to optimize the system's dynamic and static response.The simulation results verify the feasibility of this method.A technical implementation scheme with the high-performance embedded CPU is briefly introduced at last.
