| 摘 要： | 通过分析营销配电线损管理系统应用现状,发现线损管理系统功能及系统应用过程中存在供电量和售电量调整不规范、调整电量方式未控制、调整电量未参与对网线损统计、未与综合线损统计同步等问题,提出规范调整供电量行为、严格控制调整电量的方式、设置调整电量参与对网线损统计等完善措施以解决问题。

| Abstract: | Through analysis to application status of marketing distribution line loss management system,several issues are found in functions of line loss management system and in system utility,such as non-standard power supply sales,uncontrolled electricity regulating methods,regulated power supply uninvolved in net loss statistic and unsynchronized with statistics of general line loss rate.Measures available are put forward to specify and adjust power supply,strictly to control adjustment mode of power supply,to formulate perfecting measures of net loss statistic involved by regulated power supply to solve problems mentioned above. |
