摘    要:在实验室用嗜人按蚊对杀飞克水乳剂SOlfa⑧EW050(其有效成分氟氯氰菊酯Cyfluthrin)进行了敏感性持效测定。结果表明:杀飞克对嗜人按蚊的杀灭效果,取决于其有效剂量,接触时间及处理方法,加大剂量或增加杀虫剂与嗜人按蚊接触时间均可提高杀灭效果,但相同的实验阶段,同样长的接触时间,相同的材料,水洗比不水洗效果差,不同的材料,罗纹纱布比尼龙纱布效果差。

Abstract:The bioassay test of Solfac⑧ EW 050 (Cyfluthrin 5% w/v) against Anopheles anthropophagus in laboratory was carried out during 1997 - 1998. The results showed that the effects of Solfac against Anopheles anthropophagus depended on the active ingredient of Solfac, as well as the contacting time and test methods. Increasing active ingredient or extending contacting time could improve the effect. But at the same step of the test, using same time and same materials, the nets impregnated with Salfac washed with clear water were less effective than the nets unwashed, the treated cotton nets were less effective than the treated nylon nets.
