| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨喉鳞状细胞癌（LSCC）组织中癌基因AKT2的表达及临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学Elivision二步法检测60例LSCC组织、28例癌旁组织及16例正常喉黏膜标本中AKT2蛋白的表达并分析其与LSCC临床病理特征的关系。结果：AKT2在LSCC和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为56．7％（34／60）和14．3％（4／28），在正常喉黏膜组织中未见表达，LSCC组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织及正常喉黏膜组织（均P〈0．05）；AKT2的表达与LSCC发生部位、组织学分级、淋巴结转移、临床分期密切相关（均P〈0．05），而与患者年龄、性别、吸烟、T分期均无相关性（均P〉0．05）。结论：AKT2在LSCC的发生、发展中可起重要作用，可作为预测LSCC发生及侵袭转移潜能的参考指标之一。
