摘 要: | [目的]研究黄丝藻长途运输方法,及时满足养殖过程中所需的大量高活性藻种。[方法]通过对黄丝藻保存条件进行研究优化,解决黄丝藻中短期长途运输中藻种活性、成分变化及成本问题。[结果]通过预处理后的高活性藻种,降低其水分活度及含水量,然后在0℃密封环境中经36 h长途运输过后,藻种活性达90%以上,脂肪酸、蛋白及多糖含量基本维持不变。运输后藻种可直接进行大规模跑道池养殖,产量与运输前相当。[结论]该研究可为解决大量藻种运输问题提供参考。

Long Distance Transportation Method and Composition Change of Filamentous Algae |

Abstract: | [Objective]To study the yellow filamentous algae long distance transport method to meet the demand of a large number of highly active algae species in the breeding process.[Method]The preservation conditions of yellow filamentous algae were optimized, to solve the problems during long-distance transportation of yellow filamentous algae including algae activity,changes of composition and cost.[Result]Af-ter pretreatment, high activity algae reduced their water activity and water content.After 36 h long distance transportation in 0 ℃ sealed envi-ronment, the activity of algal species was over 90%,and the contents of fatty acids,proteins and polysaccharides remained unchanged.After transportation, the species of algae can be directly carried out in a large scale in the runway pool, and the yield is equivalent to that before transportation.[Conclusion]The study can provide a reference for solving the problem of a large number of algae species transportation. |
