电火花强化过程中两极间质量过渡规律

摘    要:电火花强化过程中旋转的电极(阳极)向基体材料(阴极)过渡,并与基体材料发生冶金反应,形成新的合金强化层。通过对强化过程中两极重量变化的测定,获得了不同电极材料间的过渡规律及其MTC值;还发现存在着基体材料向电极过渡现象。对不同厚度强化层表面主要化学成分的定量分析,发现大部分电极材料向基体方向过渡。但两极材料的冶金学特性对其过渡过程影响很大。

Abstract:During the course of electrical spark strengthening, the rotational electrode(anode) transfers to the substrate(cathode), meanwhile metallurgical reaction is made between them, thus new alloy strengthening layer is got. Through the measurement of the electrodes mass change, the transmission regulation and the MTC value of different electrode materials is got, the phenomenon that the substrate transfers to the electrode is also observed. By quantitative analysis on the main composition of the strengthening layer with different thickness, it is found that the major electrode materials transfer to the substrate, while the metallurgical characteristics of the electrode materials exerts great influence on the transfer process.
