可纠错二元光栅编码方法的研究及设计

摘    要:针对相位解包裹中运用二元光栅编码结构光技术计算相位级次时,因受背景光强、噪声、被测物体表面不均匀反射率等因素的影响,导致光栅黑白交界处部分像素点的误码问题,提出了一种可纠错的二元光栅编码方法。从光栅编码方法的角度出发,依据信息论中的纠错码原理,采用汉明线性分组码,通过增加一定数量的校验元编码图案的投影,对二元编码光栅黑白交界处的误码问题进行检测并纠正,并从理论上验证了其设计方案的可行性。仿真实验表明对于只发生一位误码的像素点能予以100%检测并纠正,具有很高的可靠性。

Abstract:When calculating the phase order based on binary grating encode in phase unwrapping, error code of pixels exist at the border of black and white grating, owing to background light intensity, noise and nonuniform rate of reflex on the surface of object to be tested. A new binary grating encode method based on error correction coding was presented. From the perspective of grating encoding method, the code was divided into elements of information and check by using Hamming linear block code based on the principle of error correcting code in the information theory. The error generated in phase order calculating of binary grating encode was detected and corrected by increasing a certain number of checks coding pattern projection, and the feasibility of this design was confirmed in theories. Simulation results show that pixels with one bit error could be detected and corrected by 100 percent. The method has a high reliability.
